What Are the Shipping Rates and Delivery Times?
We ship directly from multiple warehouses once your order is processed to ensure quick delivery. In times of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days, so please allow extra time for delivery. If there's a significant delay with your order, we’ll reach out via email or phone.
For U.S. orders, Economy Shipping typically takes 4-8 business days, while Standard Shipping arrives within 2-5 business days.
How Can I Track My Package?
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.)
What Happens if the Estimated Delivery Time Passed and I Still Did Not Receive My Order?

What do I do if My product Arrived Damaged?
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and get ahold of us by using the Contact Us Page. You can request a free reprint or refund of a damaged product within 30 days of package delivery.
Can I Return my Product for a Refund?
Our apparel is printed-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. As a result, refunds or returns are normally not issued due to non-damaged reasons, such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. However, these matters are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, so please get ahold of us by using the Contact Us Page if you have any questions.
